Every pool starts with a site survey: access, ground conditions, drainage, where the plant room can sensibly go and what the local authority will allow. You get an itemised quote within three days of that visit, and a written programme before anyone breaks ground.

Nearly every problem we get called out for - cloudy water, itchy skin, algae, scaled heat exchangers, corroded fittings - traces back to water that has been out of balance for weeks rather than days.
Our maintenance visits test free and total chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness and stabiliser, correct them in that order, and email you the readings. Over a season that keeps chemical spend down and equipment life up, which is the whole point.

A straightforward 8 x 4 metre concrete skimmer pool with quality filtration typically lands between €28,000 and €38,000 including excavation, finishes and commissioning. Overflow pools, difficult access and heating add to that. Every quote we issue is itemised, so you can see exactly what changes if you adjust the specification.
